All the professional training aside, it is the experiences, the awkward situations, the losses, the recovery, raising a child, traveling to countries in different corners of the world - everything has helped me become a counselor who “gets it”. I have many years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, etc., and I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients feel heard and supported.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and, tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.
I work with. I focus on helping my clients develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Whether you're experiencing stress, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, I’m here to support you on your journey.
When I’m not in session, I love to paint, travel and sometimes just sit down in my porch with some light music, a cup of tea and something to munch.
I believe that counseling is not just about helping people in difficult times, but also about empowering them to find their inner strength and live authentically. I truly believe that "Healing the soul", is the best way to heal the stressful situations that life throws at us.
